FROM DESIGN TO COMPLETION
We start the process with the initial proof, created using CAD software and a scale drawing of the vehicle to be lettered. This will then be sent to you for your approval. Once you are satisfied with the design we will book the vehicle for fitting, usually within 5-7 working days. Most vehicles can be completed within 1 working day.

Factory Signage
We can manufacture external and internal factory signs such as safety signs and 5S boards. These signs can be made to your specification and can display your company logo. They are available in a wide range of materials.
Warehouse and factory floor signs are a great tool to promote efficient organization. They can also create a safer work environment, by clearly marking areas with potential hazards and areas in which employees can improve.
Internal factory signs can help to label the different areas of production as well as pointing out areas of warning and caution to all the employees.
5S boards can help emphasise the five step methodology for creating a safe, clean, organised and self disciplined workspace.
The 5S boards normally contain; Sorting, Setting in order, systematic cleaning, standardising and sustaining.
External factory signs can be used to show passing trade of your presence and can emphasise your factory branding. These signs can be illuminated or non illuminated, attached to buildings, constructed on posts or on windows as window graphics.

Solar PV Labels and Tags
Our PV labels and tags can be supplied to any specification and quantity.
We can supply individual PV labels or in sheets with added business name and contact details.
Solar PV array cable tags can be supplied on 1mm thick plastic and punched for fixing.
Banners & Posters
Banners and posters are a very effective, eye-catching, and efficient way of advertising your business or event.
Banners are available in two forms; conventional banners and roll-up banners.
Conventional banners are hemmed and can be supplied with or without eyelets. They can be manufactured to any length and a maximum width of around 4′ (122cm). They can also come with banner frames and hanging wall banner frames.
Roll-up banners are ideal for indoor advertising, in particular at exhibitions and seminars. The base is both lightweight and compact, allowing for great portability; and with a 2m x 850mm display area, there’s ample room in which to get your message across.
Banner advertising is a popular choice by customers, largely because banners are one of the most versatile and inexpensive forms of advertising available. The best thing about banner printing is that the banners can be used over and over again with no further cash outlay needed. They can be used to advertise events, promotions, exhibitions, new products, new opening times and premises, and much more.
For banners to be most effective, it is important to keep it simple. A banner should be uncluttered, have a bold headline and any images should be vivid and of professional quality. Any points mentioned on the banner should be short and concise and should also have easy to read fonts and use bold colours.
Posters can also be full-colour printed up to a maximum width of 4” (122cm). Posters provide a cost-effective way of communicating to a particular target market. If placed correctly, attractive posters can highlight nearby customers of a specific event and alert them of an upcoming product or service. Posters have the ability to stick in their viewers’ minds and can be a great tool for small to medium-sized businesses and can be used to increase brand awareness.

Safety Signs
Health and safety signs play a vital role in communicating workplace information. They alert visitors, employees, and customers to areas that require caution, minimizing the risk of an accident occurring in the workplace. They highlight potential hazards and guide people to safety in times of emergency.
We have been making safety signs for a range of sectors including retail, commercial, and health and education for over 20 years.
The different types of safety signs include;
Fire equipment signs, which show the location of fire fighting equipment. Mandatory signs, that display a course of action that must be taken. Prohibition signs, which highlight behaviors that are prohibited. Hazard signs that alert possible danger, warning and caution, and safe condition signs such as escape routes and safety equipment.

Self-adhesive Vinyl: Sign message printed directly onto a flexible PVC with a high tack adhesive backing. Suitable for both interior & exterior use. Ensure the sign is fixed to a smooth, clean & non-porous surface.
Rigid plastic (1mm/3mm/5mm): Rigid, lightweight & inexpensive – suitable for both interior & exterior use. Either 1mm, 3mm, or 5mm thick, depending on the size of the sign.
Rigid PVC plastic – self-adhesive: 1mm PVC with self-adhesive backing for easy fixing.
Photoluminescent PVC: Charged by ambient light these signs immediately illuminate in sudden darkness. Excellent material for directional fire escape & fire equipment signs.
Polycarbonate: A very tough, durable material that will withstand wilful destruction. It has a good fire rating.
11g Aluminium – wall fixed: A lightweight durable material for both interior & exterior use. The material of choice for most sign makers.
11g Aluminium – post mounted: Comes with channel fixed to the rear for post mounting.
Correx: A lightweight fluted plastic material suitable for both interior & exterior use.

Self-adhesive Vinyl - Full colour printed and laminated or with single coloured vinyls.
Rigid plastic - Rigid, lightweight & inexpensive, suitable for both interior & exterior use. Either 1mm, 3mm, or 5mm thick, depending on the size of the sign.
Aluminium composite - 4mm thick, suitable for both interior & exterior use.
Perspex - Arrange of thicknesses including 5mm thick. Can be supplied with stand off fixings.
